Wingo Rules on 6 Club: Colours, Numbers and Big/Small Explained

Wingo rules chart: numbers 0 to 9 with Green, Red and Violet colours and Big/Small

Wingo is the most played game on 6 Club, and the simplest to learn. Each round draws one number from 0 to 9, every number carries a colour, and you choose before the timer runs out. Here are the full Wingo rules: the number–colour chart, every choice you can make, round lengths, and worked examples. When you’re ready, log in to 6 Club and open Wingo from the Lottery section.

How a Wingo round works

  1. A round opens. The timer starts and a new period number appears.
  2. You choose. Pick a colour, a number, or Big/Small.
  3. The round locks. In the last few seconds no new choices are accepted.
  4. The result is drawn. One number from 0 to 9 appears with its colour and size, and it’s added to the results history.
  5. The next round opens straight away.

Wingo number and colour chart

Every Wingo result is a single number. Its colour and size follow from that number:

Number Colour Size
0 Red + Violet Small
1 Green Small
2 Red Small
3 Green Small
4 Red Small
5 Green + Violet Big
6 Red Big
7 Green Big
8 Red Big
9 Green Big

Easy way to remember it: odd numbers are Green and even numbers are Red. 0 and 5 also carry Violet. 0–4 are Small and 5–9 are Big.

What you can choose in Wingo

Colour: Green, Red or Violet

Green matches 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9. Red matches 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8. Violet only matches 0 and 5, the two numbers that carry two colours.

Number: 0 to 9

Choose one exact number. It only matches if that number is drawn.

Big or Small

Big matches any result from 5 to 9. Small matches any result from 0 to 4.

Wingo round lengths

Wingo runs in three versions. Each is a separate game with its own timer, period numbers and results. A result in Wingo 30 sec has no connection to the result in Wingo 1 min.

Version New result every Rounds per hour
Wingo 30 sec 30 seconds 120
Wingo 1 min 1 minute 60
Wingo 3 min 3 minutes 20

Shorter versions move fast. If you prefer time to think between rounds, start with Wingo 3 min.

Worked examples

Result Colour Size Choices that match
7 Green Big 7, Green, Big
2 Red Small 2, Red, Small
5 Green + Violet Big 5, Green, Violet, Big
0 Red + Violet Small 0, Red, Violet, Small
8 Red Big 8, Red, Big

Period numbers and the results history

Every Wingo round has a unique period number, usually made up of the date followed by the round’s sequence number. It identifies exactly which round a result belongs to. If you ever contact support about a round, quote its period number.

Below the timer, the results history lists recent periods with the number, colour and size drawn. It’s a record of what has happened. Every Wingo result is generated at random and is independent of the one before it, so a run of five Reds doesn’t make Green any more likely next round.

Tips for a smooth Wingo session

  • Make your choice early. Choices aren’t accepted during the lock period at the end of each round.
  • Keep a steady connection. On a slow network the timer can lag. See how to fix lag on budget Android phones.
  • Set a limit before you start, for both time and spending, and take a break at least every 30 minutes.

Wingo FAQ

Why do 0 and 5 have two colours?

0 is Red and Violet, and 5 is Green and Violet. That’s how Violet matches: it only appears on those two numbers.

What does Big and Small mean in Wingo?

Big is any result from 5 to 9, and Small is any result from 0 to 4.

Is every Wingo result random?

Yes. Each result is generated at random and doesn’t depend on previous rounds.

Are Wingo 30 sec and Wingo 1 min results linked?

No. Each version is a separate game with its own results.

What happens if I choose during the lock period?

Your choice isn’t accepted for that round. Wait for the next round to open.
